「中國新歌聲」發生濺血事件，還引來統戰的質疑，台北市長柯文哲認為，「抵抗力強就不怕外面的細菌」。不過市議員昨質詢時，以「病毒」入侵來形容此事，對此，內政部長葉俊榮今(3)日表示，內政部對台北市諸多協助，柯文哲應該對內政部說謝謝，他也要北市府自我檢討。
葉俊榮表示，內政部對台北市許多重要活動，包括世大運、包括所有活動，都做盡幫忙、協助，「事實上柯市長應該對內政部說謝謝。」
對於柯文哲稱「病毒是內政部放進來的」，葉俊榮說，雖然內政部和各部會都協助台北市政府辦這些活動，但真正在辦活動的時候，還是要認真規畫把裡面的細節都要做好。
葉俊榮指出，台北市在這次的活動裡面，如果能夠更周延、更完整，把內政部、文化部、陸委會、教育部各方嚴審的這些意見做好，完整處理的話，應該會更順利一點。
台北地檢署為調查永豐金違法核貸三寶建設53億元弊案，自今年6月發動大規模搜索約談，今（17）日全案偵結，永豐金前董事長何壽川、特助陳佳興、永豐餘土地開發部經理張金榜、李俊傑妻子廖怡慇等19人被依違反證券交易法等罪嫌起訴，其中何壽川遭求刑12年，併科罰金3.6億元，並沒收不當利益1200萬美金，而陳佳興、永豐金租賃董事長游國治也被求刑10年，分別併科2500萬元、3000萬元罰金。
本案源於，永豐金控前董座何壽川透過子公司永豐金租賃掌控的境外GC租賃公司，自2009年起在無擔保下，陸續放款約53億元給三寶建設董事長李俊傑的境外紙上公司J&R；此外，何壽川也利用永豐餘與元太科技各砸下850萬美金投資三寶轄下的Star City公司，並疑用可交換公司債來投知名訂房網資李俊傑在上海的「1788大樓」建案。
歷經2個月調查，北檢今依違反證券交易法等罪嫌起訴何壽川等19人，檢方認為何壽川將資金風險轉嫁給社會大眾承擔，嚴重破壞社會經濟秩序及影響金融企業之正常發展，所犯情節重大，在押期間還在看守所違法傳遞文件，指示下屬對外傳達政治操作之說詞，影響司法公正性，犯案後毫無悔意，對何壽川具體求刑12年，併科罰金3.6億，並將不法所得1200萬元美金全數沒收。
除了何壽川外，游文治、陳佳興對於案情避重就輕，同樣無悔悟之意，遭求刑10年，分別併科3000萬元、2500萬元罰金；另外，由於何壽川、廖怡慇、張金榜、陳佳興4人涉案嫌疑重大又有串供滅證之虞遭羈押，本預計下午移送北院審理是否延押，但因何壽川受肝病所苦，為了人道考量，檢方決定不聲請延押。
